Please call Monday thru Thursday 8:30-4:30 & Friday from 8:30 to 4:00. Our fax is available 24 hours - seven days a week. We will let you know within 24 hours by phone, fax or e-mail that we have received your inquiry unless your fax is submitted on a weekend or holiday. If submitted on a Saturday or Sunday proceeding a holiday or holiday then it will be answered on the next business day.


We only accept Visa and Mastercard. All credit card refunds are subjected to a 7% surcharge, unless transaction is cancelled within our same business day.

Minimum Order

$15.00 excluding shipping. Any order under $15.00 excluding shipping will be charged a $4.00 handling fee.

Identify Part

If you do not see the part needed on website please send us a photo by e-mail or mail with any & all measurements, sketch or trace it, fax it letting us know what color & the measurements. Please let us know if it is a right hand or left handed part. This may be determined if you are inside the house looking at the item is it on the left or right. Example you need a casement crank - the crank is on the right hand side. Do not forget to tell us how many pieces you need.


We will honor all quotations for 30 days.

Order Status

If item is not in stock, you will be notified and it will be placed on back order if requested.


All stock items will be shipped within 48 hours using ground UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are added to each invoice.


There is a 15% restocking fee. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Merchandise returned to us must have shipping cost prepaid to us, or it will not be accepted.


Please contact the shipping company to report damages that occur.
